Road cycling: 40 to 80 km of riding a day, few verticals and gain in elevation. With a cycling experience (more than 2 years), able to do 3 to 4 consecutive hours of cycling at an average pace. Mountain bike: intermediate technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with obstacles (rocks and roots) and sometime expose. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.
