Our tours are designed to adapt to your rhythm and allow you to enjoy in the best conditions of the most beautiful landscapes of the visited countries. To help you in your choice, it should however be classified from the most accessible to the most demanding.

Road cycling: 20 to 40 km of riding a day, flat or very few verticals. With a cycling experience (less than a year), able to do 1 to 2 consecutive hours of cycling at a relaxed pace.
Mountain bike: low technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with few obstacles, smooth and rolling. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.
Road cycling: 30 to 60 km of riding a day, flat or very few verticals. With a cycling experience (less than 2 years), able to do 3 to 4 consecutive hours of cycling at a relaxed pace.
Mountain bike: low technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with few obstacles, smooth and rolling. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.
Road cycling: 40 to 80 km of riding a day, few verticals and gain in elevation. With a cycling experience (more than 2 years), able to do 3 to 4 consecutive hours of cycling at an average pace.
Mountain bike: intermediate technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with obstacles (rocks and roots) and sometime expose. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.
Road cycling: 60 to 100 km of riding a day, average verticals and gain in elevation. With a cycling experience (more than 3 years), able to do 4 to 6 consecutive hours of cycling at a average-sustained pace.
Mountain bike: advance technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with significant obstacles (rocks, roots, jump and drop) and often expose. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.Road cycling: 80 to more than 100 km of riding a day, important verticals and gain in elevation. With a cycling experience (more than 5 years), able to do 6 to 8 consecutive hours of cycling at a average-sustained pace.
Mountain bike: advance technical level required, able to control the speed and direction of the bike on a trail with significant obstacles (rocks, roots, jump and drop). Can ride confidently on all types of terrain including sections with exposure. Know your limits and walk the sections too difficult for you.
